I had to change my payment details for instant ink subscription as my card had changed but it wasn’t recognised, nor a different card. Now I can’t get into my account even and keep getting error message and says to try again later, been trying on and off for 24hrs no success. Can’t find any way to speak/chat to anyone to sort it, any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Community.
Normally I'd suggest you contact Instant Ink Support without further delay.
That said, I believe the support group likely keeps regular business hours and might closed (in your region) by now.
If there is no answer, try again in the morning...
Instant Ink Support contact information is provided later in this message.
Although it is not always faster, you can opt to hang out here and wait for one of our Community agents to find and respond to your plea for an assist.
