Worked fine at the beginning,Ibut now it does not want to print black

My printer, an HP DeskJet Ink Adventage 2130 All-in One, worked fine at the beginning, when the black test ink ran out, I put in an original cartridge, which worked for a while, but now it does not want to print black, the HP-Smart application tells me that if it has ink, only when I send the sheet to print it comes out blank, do you know why this is. or how to solve it?

@Fredy319, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print in black. Let us try these steps:

 

Check estimated ink levels and replace the ink cartridge if it is low or empty.

 

Perform steps 11, 12, and 9 from the Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues document to resolve this issue.
