Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

Hi! So I have been getting what seems to be the wrong type of ink for our Hp envy 6055e printer. It came with a 67 cartridge and they have sent me the 67/305 which is way bigger. I tried installing it and it seems to fit but printer won’t take it. It won’t print anything. I took out the new one and put back the old cartridge and it started acting “normal” again. 
Also is there a way I could return them? Please help! Thanks.

Hi,

HP Instant Ink cartridges are bigger in size and does fit your printer.
