I have an HP Envy 5055, I use the 65/304 cartridge and you sent me the HP 63/302.  This does not fit my printer.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Envy 5055 received a different ink. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Replace ink cartridges in HP ENVY 5000 printers
