Product: HP Tango

I ordered instant ink and the wrong cartridges were sent. I need HP 64 and HP 63 were sent. The 63 are not compatible with my printer. Been looking for the better part of two hours looking for a way to contact someone. Any suggestions?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
