Who do I ring ti sort out an ink problem. I received only one black and one colour ink cartridge in my 3 month trial ( what a waste of money , as that was one of the the factors that attracted me to my new printer ) and I have just put new cartridges in ( they were bigger but I presumed just contained 3 months ink as same number on cartridge ) and after 30 minutes of fiddling around wondering why it wasn't working and error codes coming up, I took them out completely put in new cartridges and it worked fine, so obviously the ones sent are not compatible. I certainly won't be continuing if they can't even get the cartridges correct. And of course it seems impossible to contact anyone directly to complain . Not impressed at all. Any help would be so appreciated.
