EdIT: what is contact number? Virtual assistant jist told me I can only call mon-fri but need no for tomorrow.
I think I will need to wait as can't speak to someone at weekend but wonder if this has happened to anyone else.
I know my connection is lost at times when I unplug printer to clean but that's not needed often and irrelevant as it is and my account says I have plenty ink.
Yes I do....I keep getting sent tri colour so have 2 unopened but no black so had to go and buy black ink cartridge which obviously not happy about when paying instant ink subscription.
It says now I have enough so I can only guess the wrong one was sent out at some point and need a real human to speak to!!
Has anyone had this issue?
