I have a Desk Jet 3632 all in one and instant ink sent me a tri-color 65/304, I need 63. How do I get the ones I need?

To assist you better, did you install the replacement Instant Ink cartridge and check if it works or gives you an error?

Kindly insert the ink cartridge and check the same.

 

If it does not work, we can send you a repalcement.
