I have called twice after receiving the incorrect cartridges, I have offered to send pictures of the correct ones. And been told no, they would send the right one. Then they send the exact same ones that don't fit my printer.  I have 7 cartridges of the WRONG SIZE ink cartridges.   I have had to order cartridges from other places to get the correct ones sent to me.  Instant ink is a JOKE.  NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS SERVICE
