Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I installed a new color ink cartridge from Instant Ink the yellow color will not print or will be a distorted color. Yellow prints correctly when the old cartridge is reinstalled.
