Yesterday I spent more than 2 hours with an agent online and it could not be resolved, the solution he gave me was to change the cartridge, but I can't find how to claim a cartridge from instantink. i need help for this

What seems to be the issue, could you elaborate more?

Are you getting any errors?

Have you done any changes to your printer or software?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
