I replaced my instant ink toner cartridge and got an email saying I'm using store bought toner. I am using the cartridge that instant ink sent me, how do I get this fixed? I'm able to print, but my instant ink dashboard is giving me an error that the printer is offline. I am unable to correct it via virtual assistant which is what I was directed to do.
