I don't know what happened (I have my instant ink), but my system says I am not enrolled in HP Instant Ink.  I have been over a year.

I understand that you are facing issues with printing. I'd like to help!

 

If you are enrolled in instant ink,

 

First, be sure the printer is connecting to the Internet:

Turn on the web services by clicking here
