Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8025 & have been enrolled in Instant Ink for years. I recently received a printer message that I can't use my cartridges because printer is not enrolled. I've never had an issue before. I tried re-starting the printer & the router as advised with no resolution
