Why does it take so long to get replacement ink cartridges?

I live in Louisiana, my ink cartridges were shipped on April 10. The DHL shipping company messaged me today, April 14 that my package would be delivered on April 27th.

I just don't understand why so long? Does anyone else have this problem?

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
