vandaag kochten wij een hp envy 6020 bij mediamarkt in heerlen, het was een showmodel de losse doos stond erbij. ik vraag aan de verkoper of de inkt erbij zit ja zegt hij. bij thuiskomst meteen de printer geinstalleerd maar er zat geen inkt bij. dus terug naar de winkel zijn die cartridges dus nergens te vinden. als compensatie kregen wij nieuwe cartridges maar nu blijft de printer dus steeds vragen om de setup cartridge. weet iemand hoe ik dit kan oplossen? verder geeft de printer een foutmelding aan met code E 0 (nul) en knippert het lampje bij de cartridges oranje. help ons aub. wij weten het even niet meer
