Hi

Bought the printer a couple days ago. So its brand new. Tested it today, the black ink cartridge isn’t printing despite saying it’s full.

How do I get a replacement? We did run all of the config. test things.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Still not working and it feels like the support is a loop, can't find how to go forward. We tried a new black cartridge but the problem still the same doesn't print black.

 Got the answer its a hardware failure but I can not find any lokal support. Please advise.
