HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

my HP5020 has suddenly stopped printing in black and white yet I can still print in colour. The cartridge level shows just under half full. Ive tried cleaning printer heads but this didnt work. I cant order a new cartridge as my hp account says ive plenty and its on automatic top up when levels get low!! Help! thank you 🙂

I understand that you are unable to print in black, and I am glad to assist you.

And if the issue still persists, this could be a cartridge issue.
