Hi @Efrodger,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble getting your HP Envy Photo 7855 printer to print, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • Check Printer Status: Make sure there are no error messages or warnings on the printer's display panel. If there are, follow the instructions on the display to resolve them.
  • Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve printing issues.
  • Check Ink/Toner Levels: If your printer is low on ink or toner, it may not be able to print. Check the ink or toner levels and replace them if necessary.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download and install the latest drivers from the HP website.
  • Restart Computer: Sometimes, restarting your computer can resolve printing issues, especially if there are any software conflicts or glitches.
  • Check Print Queue: If your print job is stuck in the print queue, it may prevent other print jobs from being processed. Open the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs.
  • Run Printer Troubleshooter: Many operating systems have built-in printer troubleshooters that can help diagnose and fix common printing problems. Run the printer troubleshooter on your computer to see if it can identify the issue.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting your printer to its factory settings. Refer to the printer's user manual for instructions on how to reset it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
