I have a new printer, have set up as instructed and leaflet in box advertises free 9 months instant ink trial included but on set up only two months free seems to be added? How can I resolve this please?

Thanks for the message, I have already been through these steps, it has allowed me a two month free trial but not the 9 month free trial as advertised so my issue is still unresolved.

I see that you were not able to claim 9 months free trial as advertised.

This might require one on one interaction to fix it.
