Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
If fully cancelled, I believe you simply have to start over - that is, enroll a supported printer in the Instant Ink subscription plan of your choice.
If very recently cancelled, and you cannot enroll - you'll likely need the help of Instant Ink Support or an agent that can access your private plan information.
What to do?
If you cannot enroll,
Please contact Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.
You may choose to wait here in the Community for an agent to find and respond to your question.
Waiting is not faster – our Community is not Instant Ink Support – Waiting generally works.
