We have an HP Officejet 5255. I believe that when my credit card got updated that my instant ink account was automatically canceled. I'm trying to use a regular ink cartridge so I don't have to pay the subscription anymore. I tried going to my account to officially cancel it but there aren't any links on my home page to click on to bring me to where I need to cancel.

If that does not work, This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
