@dcharwood, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print using the regular HP ink cartridges.
To assist you better, what is the error you get while trying to print?
Make sure the Instant Ink enrollment is canceled by logging in to your Instant Ink account.
Restart the printer and try again.
Restart web services
If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
