I have been a member of HP Instant Ink for years with 2 printers. This week my printer is stuck with "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink." In Instant Ink account it is asking for a mobile number which I do not have. Is that a new requirement?

I see that you are facing cartridge issue and the error message asks to enroll in instant ink.
