Product: DELL Inspiron 15 3000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Brand new HP DeskJet 3762 prints ok and wifi connected all ok. However I need to sign up for Instant Ink service and cannot get a code to enter . System has accepted all my details, bank account, etc. I have followed the instructions when "I cant get a code" and it is of no help as there is no code on the print out sheets. The diagnostic print out confirms it is connected to internet, but there is no light on the panel of the printer to signify that its connected.

To assist better-
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
- Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
- Could you print and share the wireless test report and printer configuration page ?
On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.
Both a Wireless Network Test Report and a Network Configuration Page print.
