cannot sign up for instant ink

i have my printer for a year and probably already tried to use instant ink. i dont have a code and i the code before the email address is nor working ether. its says printer claimed on another account. i try to do those steps but i cannot find the hpeprint button what to do now?

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
