cartouche défaillante

Bonjour

J'ai remplacé ma cartouche noire par celle qui m' a été envoyée. L'imprimante la refuse en marquant "retirer et réinstaller la cartouche"

Je l'ai fait, puis j'ai tout éteint et tout nettoyé comme indiqué sur le site. Le problème persiste. Si je remets mon ancienne cartouche vide ça marche. Le problème c'est que instant ink ne m'envoie pas de nouvelle cartouche noire tant que celle envoyée n'est pas vide...donc je paye pour rien. Que faire?
