cartridge error

Cartridge error Either a cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved.

this is for the color ink cartridge from hp instant ink. never had this issue before and only use<10 pages per month
