I have an instant ink account; my color cartridge, despite several reset and cleanings, does not work and keeps providing an error message.
I do not know how to get a new cartridge from the instant ink service.
Any suggestion ?

I also have checked your private message regarding this issue. Thank you for the information provided. Not to worry, I will ship a replacement color ink cartridge with express shipping. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days.
