Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am receiving a message that one of my ink cartridges is installed incorrectly so I can't print.  I removed it and reinstalled, I tried a new instant ink cartridge,  I cleaned the heads, I reset the printer, nothing has worked.  I saw the firmware was updated on 6/1 and all was working fine, I had to replace this particular color with a new cartridge a few days ago and all seemed fine, but now that same color is showing not installed correctly, please help.

  • Which of the 4 ink cartridges is defective?
  • Have you used 2 new Instant Ink cartridges and got the same error?
  • Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document. 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
