hi i have a problem with my printing i have no error message coming up,but when printing it omit to print any red colour ,so i did a print quality report which shows no magenta colour or light magenta but then it say ink levels ok i have done a clean cartridges no help and then another more condensed clean cartridges ,no difference i have done firm ware update cant get new ink because it & my ink levels are ok but they are not as you can see and trying to get hold of instant ink to talk is useless can any of you give me help pointless in being in instant ink if i have to buy some because they say i am ok

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Check if black is printing fine. Make a copy in black and also check on the print quality report.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
