cartridge not usable unless registered on hp instant ink

office jet 8015
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Good morning everyone ! yesterday I inserted the cartridges that had arrived to me from instant ink (they had still arrived in January when I purchased the printer). After starting with a print of some pages, the office jet signals me "cartridge not usable if printer not registered on hp instant ink". Naturally I go to check on my account and the printer is correctly registered on January 6th. How can I solve the problem ?

I state that the internet connection is working properly and also the printer, as putting the old series cartridges can print.

The printer is updated to the latest available firmware.

thanks for the help !

@malby, That could be annoying, I totally understand your concern and I'm here to help, here's what you need to do,

Since the device is already registered with the HP Instant Ink program, ensure web services is enabled on your printer. For help, go to Turn On Web Services.

  • If the error persists and your printer uses two ink cartridges, reset your printer using the below steps:

    1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer and set them aside.

    2. Unplug the printer.

    3. Wait 30 seconds.

    4. Plug the printer back in.

    5. Reinstall the ink cartridges.
