Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
I just installed a new color cartridge a few weeks ago and am now getting a message to remove and reinstall it. I have done that, cleaned it, and keep getting the message. I have also removed and reinstalled the black cartridge. I have also turned off the printer and unplugged it. Nothing works. What else can I do? Can you send me a new color cartridge?
