I have cartridge subscription. I have a problem with the colored cartridge. he no longer recognizes it, even after cleaning it. the black cartridge was sent to me but not the color one. How can I solve the problem?

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Are you getting any errors or warnings?
Are you able to print with other ink cartridges or replaced ones?
I want you to perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
