cartuccia nera non funzionante

Salve, ho una stampante HP Deskjet 3520, ho inserito le cartucce nuove ( si chiamano Ikong e sono compatibili con la stampante) sia a colori che nera.

Ho provato a fare il test per le cartucce, pulizia, allineamento, insomma tutto quello che potevo fare l'ho fatto ma la cartuccia nera non funziona mentre quelle a colori si.

Come posso fare?
