cartuccia non utilizzabile

ho installato la cartuccia che mi avete mandato, il nero , ma poi la stampante ha iniziato a dirmi che la cartuccia non è utilizzabile se la stampante non è registrata su hp instant ink. Ma se prima era registrata ? com'è possibile? Dal pc invece mi dice che non è originale. ho comprato la stampante neanche un mese fa
