Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have set the language on my HP Smart profile to English (UK) but I keep getting emails in German which seem to be the standard in Switzerland where I live. How can I get communication in English?

The language depends and varies according to the region you are located in. 

 

In Switzerland, the official languages are German and French. I'm afraid English communication is not available.

The language of the HP Smart app depends on the preferred language of your Windows 10 device. If you have multiple languages set, the app is displayed in the first language in the list.
