hello

i have a printer that was bought in sweden and then we moved to usa. now we have bought new ink cartridge that chuld match our printer(in eu we used 301 and in usa we bought 61). but when we enter the 61 cartridge we get an error message that says that the cartridge are not intended for use in this printer but on the pacage of the cartridge it says that it is for ouer model. i have sercht online for this problem and the only thing im getting out of that is that i shuld contact the hp community for help so i can change my printers region.

You must contact HP Support to perform pen regionalization after moving to another country, this is a peer-to-peer community and not direct contact with HP Support.

 

By contacting via Facebook as @Valsimot suggested above, a support representative should be able to assist with such.
