I am trying to connect my Alexa to my HP 5520.

Instructions say enter printer's email address but all that comes up on Alexa app is enter claim code. Which I do but get the message claim code expired. What do I do?

Hi,

A Claim Code is only valid for 24 hours.

Click the HP ePrint icon on your printer and then click Settings or the gear icon and select Remove Web Services. be sure to confirm any prompt.

Click the HP ePrint icon again and follow the steps to enable Web Services.

A new Information sheet with a valid claim code will be printed within several minutes.
