color ink cartridge does not work.  $29 hp store bought cartridge works.  remove and reinstall hp instrant ink does NOT work.

Do you get any error message on the printer regarding the ink cartridge?

 

For now, let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Clean the ink cartridges

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Tools, then touch Clean Cartridges.

Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles. Refer to step 13 mentioned in this document.

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Tools.

  3. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

will not print with hp color ink cartridge 63/302 even black and white.   "Remove and reinstall the indicated (?) ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."   Bought $29 hp 63 at store and that works.   Windows 10 problem?????   Help.   I have spent weeks trying to solve this

The issue is not related to windows. This is a possible Ink cartridge issue. Have you tried the steps mentioned in my previous post?
