Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830

We cleaned the cartridge 4 times and changed it. The colours work fine, but the black print doesn't come out. 

THe cartridge should be full, the app says so. 

What can we do additionally to make the ink work?

I understand that black printing issue.

 

Please let us know if you are able to make the photocopy without any issue.

 

Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the issue.
