I installed two new cartridges and they are not printing, even after running the cleaning option and un-/re-installing them. They are completely full and there is no error message. Do I just send them back with my empty ones?

- Let me know the version of the operating system installed on the computer.
- Connection method - USB, physical LAN, or wireless?
- Let me know if you are using instant ink cartridges.
