Hi,

I received one black cartdrige mistaked.

This cartdrige can't work with my printer.

You can see the photo.

I have to return this cartdrige and I have to receive again the correct cartdrige.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that the number printed on the instant ink cartridge sent to you is different.

 

These cartridges are compatible for your printer. I suggest that you install it once and check.
If it does not work then we will replace it.
