I just replaced my black ink cartridge 65/304. The expiration date says 2021/06/26. I've been sent a defective cartridge and have been through all the steps that the Virtual Agent offers from my Instant Ink account page, none of it has worked and I have been advised by the Virtual Agent to get a replacement cartridge. Please tell me how to get a replacement. Thank you.
