Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

Is the ink subscription for the purpose of having ink when you need it, so you don't run out.......They take my money every month but the two times in 12 months I run out of ink and cant print for my business its because I don't have the ink that is their whole selling point!!!!       I am so angry with the complete DONT CARE HP ATTITUDE. do they rush me my ink NO!!! Do they say Im sorry.NO! they disconnect me from my support person... and leave me to waste my time here. Great way to make sure I never run out of ink HP .......YOU just withdrew my payment 2 days ago burns me up overnight me my ink .......do something because you've failed to deliver.
