Hello,

A couple of months ago I was able to download and print the invoices from my hp instant Ink account. Now, when I follow the instructions on the notification email, I am missing the "download" button.

Please let me know how to download the invoice.

Hi @RGS73,

 

I'd like to help!

  • First log into your Instant Ink account.
  • Next select Printing History.
  • It will be on the current month, so select a previous month.
  • You should now see in the lower right corner a button that says "View as PDF".
  • Click Save/Print 

 If your still unable to get the invoice downloaded.

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
