Using smart printing plan but printer keeps dropping out when printing from my Spectre but OK from my phone.  Have tried to 'speak' to someone to get fixed because no pages showing as being printed so paying the plan but having to buy my own cartridges.  Need to send details which show the almost 5K pages and error message I get but can't find email address. prefer Australian email addresses as I live in NSW
