Why have I, firstly, received an email telling me you will cancel my instant ink subscription because you cannot access the printer - on the day you changed the look of the HP Support Assistant, and a couple of weeks later sent another email ordering me to install the cartridges I had already received and installed.
You don't own my printer and you don't pay for my Wi-Fi connection , and do you know what your doing??

Hi @robisquire,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
Instant Ink is basically a monthly subscription-based service from HP where you pay a fee each month for the number of pages you print, and HP will deliver new ink cartridges when your printer is about to run low.
The system will not be able to read the ink levels or update the printer information when the printer is not connected to the network
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Let me know.
