Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got an error message saying my black cartridge was depleted, so I replaced it with a brand new one.  The same message still appears.  I don't know what to do but I have a deadline today and must print forms for my client.  Please help.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer ink system, let us try to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge. If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
