Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New order of cartridges came in and the magenta cart reads error due to damaged cartridge. i've done everything suggested by HP. 

 

HP, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME?!? I'M PAYING FOR THIS INSTAINK SUBSCRIPTION AND I CAN'T PRINT ANY OF MY BUSINESS' DOCUMENTS B/C I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANY HUMAN AND THIS VIRTUAL AGENT IS VERY FRUSTRATING! I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS GOING ON 3WKS! THE NEW CARTRIDGES CAME IN, PRINTED MAYBE 10 PAGES, NOW THE MAGENTA CARTRIDGE GIVES AN ERROR. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
